Fifty Shades Feckless: Chapter Five

astra_auroraHiya! Happy holidays, everyone! Next chapter will be posted on Thursday, 'cause I'll be away on Friday. But yeah. Hope you're all having fun!
Ana wakes up to find that Grey isn't there. He was watching her sleep, and he's worried about how jumpy she's been. Basically, she's worried about the arson, and he's worried that she's worried. He calms her down, and then they set off. They take the JetSki for a ride, and have a lot of fun.
We then switch to Heathrow, where they're awaiting their connecting flight back to Seattle. They both lament that the honeymoon's over, and Grey mentions that he would be happier if they could just get the arsonist caught and out of their lives.
Back in Seattle, they get back to their home. Ana's nearly asleep with jet lag, and Grey's happy to report that she gained weight. OK then. They get inside and have sex. Le yawn. When she wakes up, there's thinking and worrying and more sex. Sigh.
They go to Grace and Carrick's house for lunch. On the way, there's some flirting and bantering and the like. When they get to the barbeque, everything gets up and down- Ana gets annoyed that Grey made plans about the architect without asking her, and wonders if it's because of how pretty she is. Also, she gets depressed about Grey mentioning that she gained weight. This all gets blown aside when he threatens to spank her if she doesn't lighten up. Dickhead. Anyway, while they're eating, Grey plays the piano and sings to himself, and we find out that this is the first time his family has ever heard him singing. Huh. Grace is naturally overjoyed, and shortly afterwards, they leave.
And finally, we get some plot! Grey lets Ana drive his car, and someone follows them. Ana does her best to elude the mysterious person, whose identity can't be discovered. Ana negotiates the traffic and hides quite well. We also discover that Sawyer the security guy has a first name- Luke- and that Ana couldn't be arsed to find this out despite the fact that he's been guarding her for several weeks. Bitch. The stranger cases Escala, and Ana and Grey have car sex. Le sigh.
Afterwards, another security guy, Ryan tells them that the stranger is female. Earlier, Grey said that stalking wasn't Elena's style and that Leila was in Connecticut with her parents, but this is a surprise. They make it back to Escala without any more problems, meet one of their new neighbours, and get upstairs for some rough sex. How surprising.
