astra_auroraYou know what annoys me? The collective Internet acting like everyone lives in America- and the Northern Hemisphere.
You see it all the time. People asking about how cold winter is for you, when it's summer here. People asking you why you're awake so late at night, when it's 11 AM where you are.
It's on LJ, too. The shop has Thanksgiving stuff right now. OK, but think: America (and Canada, I think) are not the only countries in the world. England doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving. China doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving. Australia doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving. But we don't exist, do we?
Seriously, people. Think outside the continent.
